This is up to you. If you wish for your dog to go out alone, supervised, that's great! Please mark this on your registration forms when completing them prior to boarding. They will get plenty of outdoor time to run, play, sniff and do their business.
If you want your dog to play with other dogs during their supervised play time, it will depend on their personality and behavior. Many dogs can be unpredictable when they are anxious or in a different environment. We will observe and test them every day of boarding and determine their compatibility with other dogs prior to including them. Integration into a small play group is at our discretion and determined on a daily basis if you wish to have them in group play. Safety is our number one concern and we will always err on the side of caution. Please read more on group play in the boarding contract.

Our day starts at 6am. We start letting dogs out for play and potty time while cleaning their kennels and breakfast prep happens. At 9am, 11am and 1pm we go back out for potty and play time again. We take a nap break from 1pm-4pm and head back out at 4pm while cleaning, dinner and pick up prep take place. Back out at 7pm and last out between 9-10pm for the night. It's a very active day! Potty and play time is 10-15 minutes per dog or group depending on your preference and the dog's interest in being outside! Of course all times are approximate and vary depending on weather conditions. We do have indoor space to burn off a little energy if needed :)
We feed the dogs twice daily at 7am and 5pm. If your dog eats once daily, we will feed them during one of these times as directed by you. We are happy to feed 3 times daily if desired. Pups have access to their food and water in their kennel all day and water is refilled every play/potty time. Treats are provided periodically throughout the day and at bed time. You may provide your own treats or we provide Milk Bone dog biscuits at no charge.
Absolutely! We are happy to administer medications for your dog at no charge. We do require written instructions for all meds. Meds should be labeled and treats/food should be provided for all pills if normally given with treats.
You are welcome to provide wet, dry or refrigerated foods. We welcome all diets! You are also welcome to provide treats and toys or bedding. Toys and bedding are at your own risk and will not be replaced if lost or destroyed. Dogs do become anxious or bored at times and may destroy items they would not normally at home. Additionally, the dogs play outside often. They may get dirty and its possible your belongings may too. Keep this in mind when bringing items for their stay.
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 1 day boarding fees
We offer 5' x 5' x 6' kennels. They are large enough for 1 large dog, 2 medium size dogs or 3 small dogs.
Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
We accept cash, checks, VENMO and credit and debit cards at pick up.
Please provide more than enough food for the time your dog will be here. We prefer is it bagged individually by dog and day to ensure your pup is getting exactly the amounts you want offered. Please label bags or cans. If your dog is staying for an extended amount of time, a large container with an appropriate measuring device is acceptable. Please provide at least 1 extra day of food as vacation travel can be unpredictable. We do have food onsite if needed for an additional charge of $5.00 per day per dog.
